We exist for one reason: to get AHPRA registered nurses into remote and rural NSW communities that need them most. Far West, Western NSW, Murrumbidgee, Hunter New England — if it's hard to fill, we specialise in it.
How we work
Remote facilities need flexibility — not a one-size solution. We offer three distinct arrangements, all designed around the realities of remote nursing: distance, accommodation, rotations, and retention.
Short-notice and planned rotation cover for remote facilities. We maintain a pool of nurses specifically willing and ready to take on remote postings — FIFO or accommodation-based.
For facilities that need a nurse committed for 3–12 months. We match nurses who want extended remote experience with your community — building familiarity and continuity of care.
Many internationally trained nurses — particularly from the Philippines and India — actively want to live and work in rural Australia. We match this motivation with your remote vacancy.
Compliance managed
Remote facilities carry greater risk when something goes wrong and the nearest backup is hours away. Every nurse we place undergoes a mandatory pre-placement check — and you receive a full compliance summary before their first shift.
Live registration check, endorsements, conditions and notations reviewed.
Current (within 12 months) National Police Certificate sighted and filed.
Visa status and work entitlements confirmed via VEVO check for all overseas nurses.
NSW Health immunisation requirements confirmed — flu, COVID, Hep B, and others.
Minimum two clinical referees contacted and documented before placement.
Insurance coverage confirmed. We also carry our own public liability and PI cover.
Clinical roles
Remote and rural NSW facilities face clinical demands that are different from metro hospitals. Nurses often work with greater autonomy, broader scope, and limited specialist backup. We source for these realities.
Broad-scope registered nurses comfortable working across multiple wards and presenting conditions with limited specialist support on-site.
ED-experienced nurses with remote retrieval awareness — essential for facilities far from tertiary trauma centres.
Rural and remote communities carry disproportionate mental health burden. MHCA-endorsed nurses with community mental health experience.
Nurses with cultural competency and experience working alongside Aboriginal Health Workers in community health settings across NSW.
AHPRA registered midwives for rural maternity units where access to obstetric specialists is limited — critical for Far West and regional communities.
Nurses for community health centres, outreach clinics, and home nursing programs serving dispersed remote populations.
Nurses for rural aged care facilities and multipurpose services where aged care and acute care are co-located under one roof.
Remote communities face high rates of diabetes, CVD and kidney disease. Nurses with chronic disease management experience make an immediate impact.
Where we work
Chronic nursing shortages in remote NSW are one of the most pressing issues facing the health system. We are built specifically to solve this — not as a side offering, but as our entire purpose.
NSW HEALTH DISTRICTS WE COVER
Broken Hill, Wilcannia, Bourke, Cobar — Australia's most remote health district
Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst, Parkes, Forbes, Mudgee and surrounding communities
Wagga Wagga, Griffith, Albury, Deniliquin and the Riverina region
Tamworth, Armidale, Moree, Inverell — rural north-west of NSW
Lismore, Grafton, Ballina, Casino and Northern Rivers communities
Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Kempsey and coastal rural facilities
We source nurses specifically prepared for fly-in/fly-out rosters and accommodation-based postings. We coordinate relocation logistics and ensure nurses know what to expect before they arrive.
Many internationally trained nurses — particularly from the Philippines and India — actively want to work in rural and remote Australia. We match this motivation with your vacancy.
We structure on-hire rates that incorporate remote area allowances, so your facility offers a compelling package without complex payroll management on your end.
We don't just fill one shift. We help facilities build a nurse rotation roster so remote posts stay covered across weeks and months — not just for tonight.
International pipeline
This is our edge. Many internationally trained nurses — particularly from the Philippines and India — are actively motivated to live in rural Australia, not just work there. We find them, credential them, and place them in the remote communities that need them.
We partner with local recruiters and nursing associations in source countries to identify qualified, interested candidates.
We guide the nurse through the AHPRA overseas-trained registration process, including skills assessment and English requirements.
We confirm working rights via VEVO and advise on visa pathways (485, TSS 482, or permanent skilled migration).
Police check, immunisation records, references — all completed before the nurse is offered to your facility.
We are the employer. You receive a fully credentialed nurse on your roster, with all payroll obligations managed by us.
Pricing model
Remote placements involve real additional costs — travel, accommodation, allowances. We build all of this into a single on-hire rate so your facility has no surprises. Contact us for a formal remote area fee schedule.
Per rotation block — travel, accommodation and employment all included.
Fixed monthly rate for 3–12 month remote placements.
For international nurses placed on-hire or permanently in your remote community.
We respond to remote facility enquiries within 24 hours. Tell us your location, the role, and your timeframe — we'll find you a nurse who's ready to go remote.
