We issue the employment contract, run payroll, pay superannuation (11.5%), hold workers compensation insurance, and manage all compliance obligations. Your facility maintains clinical governance and direction — the worker reports to your clinical leads on-site. You receive a single all-inclusive invoice from us. Nothing employment-related touches your payroll or HR team. In workforce industry terms, this model is called Employer of Record (EOR).

The single Health Plus International invoice covers gross wages, superannuation (11.5%), payroll tax, workers compensation insurance, public liability insurance, AHPRA credentialling, qualification verification, National Police Clearance, OASV compliance, and 24-hour HR support. No hidden costs.

Yes. Health Plus International holds workers compensation insurance for every healthcare worker we place. Because we are the legal employer, facilities carry no direct employment liability for our workers. All workplace incidents are managed through us.

Pre-placement credentialling includes: AHPRA registration verification (regulated professions), qualification verification, National Police Clearance, OASV compliance, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) training, VEVO visa entitlement check, and reference checks — all aligned to NSW Health Credentialling Framework standards.
